Designed to cook with little liquid and no oil by sealing in steam and circulating it for a convection-cooking effect, this stovetop three-in-one cooking system prepares healthful, low-fat meals–up to three courses at once. The base pan has a nonstick interior, is made of aluminum to heat quickly and uniformly, and has a helper handle. There are two grooves in a ledge running around the pan.
