COOKING TIPS

• Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger ingredients.
• A larger quantity of ingredients only requires a slightly longer cooking time, a smaller quantity of ingredients only requires a slightly shorter cooking time. This is a benefit of this type of cooking.
• Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the cooking time optimizes the end result and can help prevent unevenly cooking.
• Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the Air Fryer within a few minutes of adding the oil.
• Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the Air Fryer.
• The optimal amount for preparing crispy fries is 500 grams.
• Use pre-made dough to prepare filled snacks quickly and easily. The pre-made dough also requires a shorter cooking time than home-made dough.
• Place a Baking Tin or Oven Dish in the Basket if you want to bake a cake or quiche or if you want to fry fragile ingredients or filled ingredients.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups of cauliflower florets, cut into ½ inch thick
1 tablespoons of olive oil
¼ cup of prepared buffalo wing sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons of blue cheese crumbles for garnish

Directions

1. Pre-heat Air fryer to 390°
2. In a medium mixing bowl add cauliflower, oil, salt, pepper, and toss.
3. Place all the cauliflower into the basket and cook 5 to 6 minutes.
4. When the cauliflower is done, transfer them into a mixing bowl and pour buffalo wing sauce over the top. Toss to coat evenly.
5. Put cauliflower in a serving bowl and top with blue cheese crumbles.
